We Are Getting Married On June 17, 2025
Alex: The first time I met him, we barely said a word to each other throughout the conference, but by the next conference, I thought he was smart, kind and witty.. JERRY: Even though we barely spoke when we first met, one of our earliest encounters was us playfully fighting over a 5 Alive drink. I won and got my drink.
Alex: It was more like friendship at first banter. We started as friends and grew in love.. Jerry: It definitely grew over time as God orchestrated each encounter to grow our friendship.
Alex: I knew he was the one for me when our conversations flowed effortlessly—we could talk for hours about anything and everything. Whenever I needed guidance or comfort, he always turned to the scriptures, offering wisdom and reassurance. And no matter how inconvenient it was for him, he would go out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Jerry: For me, there were several moments of realization. The first came after a program when we stayed up late just talking, even though I was tired—I didn’t want the night to end or to be away from her. Then came the endless phone calls where we talked about everything and all those bus rides to program sessions. What truly stood out was the way she cared for me—genuinely and deeply, it was friendship without expectations.
Alex: I wasn’t entirely surprised but it was beautiful and thoughtful Jerry: It's not the easiest thing to successfully plan a surprise without leaving traces behind because she as the FBI she is, nothing gets past her but it turned out pretty well
